By starting a chapter, you’ll lead monthly in-person gatherings aligned with Growth Club’s themes—like Joy, Courage, Creativity, and Purpose—and help create a space for meaningful conversation, reflection, and growth.

You’ll receive guidance, event templates and ongoing support from the Growth Club team. It’s perfect for people who love bringing others together and cultivating deeper connections and personal development.

Running a Growth Club chapter takes about 5-10 hours per month. This includes:

• Hosting one in-person gathering each month (we provide the theme, prompt cards, and structure)

• Light planning and communication with your local members

• Attending a monthly check-in call with Growth Club HQ to stay connected and inspired

The time commitment is intentionally light so you can focus on what matters most—bringing people together for meaningful growth.

You don’t need a big network to start a Growth Club chapter - just a warm heart, an open space, and the desire to bring people together. We’ll support marketing and logistics to attract aligned members in your city, while you focus on curating an amazing experience for members and creating the vibe.

Not at all. While some familiarity with holding space or bringing people together is helpful, we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to become a confident, heart-centered facilitator. If you’re passionate about intentional gatherings and genuine connection, you’re already halfway there.

We recommend becoming a Global Growth Club Member for 3-6 months before starting a local chapter. All chapter leads will be invited to attend our Global Events so that they can learn more about Growth Club’s core values and programming before leading their own.
